MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAMME ON “YOU CAN SUCCEED IN GOVERNMENT EXAMINATION”

On behalf of Paavai Ias Academy, a motivational progamme was organized to provide guidelines and inspire students who undertake UPSC examination. Mr. K. Periaia, IG was the special guest and Mr. Ar. Arularasu, Superintendent of Police, Namakkal was honorary guest for the programme. Shri CA. N.V. Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions presided over the programme. Thiru K. Periaia, west zone inspector general, Coimbatore, in his special address he narrated the tradition, culture of our great nation. He also highlighted the significance and importance of our great India. India is known for its great contribution of scientists, Innovations, Poets and Mathematicians. He expressed his sincere congratulations to all the students who were willing to join government services. He elaborated that India in the largest democracy and India is the youngest country in the world. He further extolled that, youngsters need to take initiative to contribute towards the growth and development of the nation. He also cited the incident from Mahabarata story, i.e. Arjuna’s concentration and skill to shoot an eye of a bird, he said that the students should develop concentration, leadership qualities and become unique individuals. He told that, if the students realized their potentials, skills and if they perform to exhibit their talents, then India would surely become a developed nation. He also answered the queries of the students. At last, he gave tips for time management and preparation for exams. Mr. K. Senthil, Director Admission, Thiru. Periyannan pillai, Head, Paavai IAS Academy, Dean, Head of various departments, graced the occasion. Earlier, Ms S.U. Sushma, IInd Year ECE department welcomed the gathering and Ms. S. Keerthana, IInd Year ECE department proposed vote of thanks. With the National Anthem, the programme came to an end.

GRAND SUCCESS OF PAAVAI IAS ACADEMY STUDENT AS GOVERNMENT OFFICERS




Paavai IAS Academy (wing of Paavai Educational Institution) conduct coaching programme for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examination, Banking exams and Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exams with efficient and experienced trainers. Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducted forest apprentices’ examination for the year of 2018-19 around 2 lakh students wrote that exam from all over Tamil Nadu. Paavai IAS Academy students also wrote that examination. First stage examination was conducted during the month of October, our students cleared that round and participated physical fitness round and they cleared the final stage of interview. Final result of the examination was declared on 28.11.2019. In this examination, Paavai IAS Academy students Mr. Sathish Kumar (01008029) and Mr. G. Ranjith (010025296) successfully cleared the final stage. Mr. Sathish Kumar and Mr. G. Ranjith told that. “we thank Paavai IAS Academy for providing better facility resources, infrastructure, teachers which facilitate us to prepare for competetive examination. IAS AWARENESS PROGRAM-Actuation Program for IAS Aspirants




A ‘Motivational Speech’ programme was arranged by Paavai IAS Academy on 09.11.2018. Dr. C. Sailendra Babu, I.P.S., Additional Director General of Police, Railways, Tamil Nadu, was the Chief Guest. He gave a wonderful speech on the title “Become a Civil Servant is within your reach”.Shri CA N.V. Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, presided over the programme and gave his presidential address.Dr. C. Sailendra Babu was very much impressed and delighted to meet the young and energetic students of paavai. He instructed the students to plan their career ahead and start preparing for the civil service examinations ever since they joined the college. He advised them to develop a right kind of attitude in all aspects to aspire for government jobs. Moreover, he encouraged the students that they can crack the civil service examinations within six months if they work hard and prepare sincerely, constantly and continuously. Further, he suggested them to concentrate on the subjects like science and technology, history, sports, economics, geography, political science, etc., In addition, the students are expected to be good at English so that they can read and understand newspapers and journals to be well-versed in current affairs. Above all, he told them to be good citizens. At the end of the session, Dr. C. Sailendra Babu gave clear answers to the queries posed by the students.Shri CA N.V. Natarajan, Chairman, presented mementoes to the Chief Guest. Earlier, Ms J. Iswarya, I year CSE welcomed the gathering. Mr B. Abiramakannan, II Year ECE gave vote of thanks. BE A SOLLUTION FINDER! Speech by V. NANDAKUMAR, IRS Additional Commissioner Income Tax




On 03.02.2018, a function was organized to provide guidelines to the students who take competitive examinations. The Special guest was Honourable V. NANDAKUMAR, IRS and the Chief guest was CA.N. NATRAJAN, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, Welcome address was presented by Paavai IAS Academy student R. Sweshika. In his speech Mr. V. NANDAKUMAR said, “the student’s vision and aim should be always high. Proper exercise is the key to achieve any goal. Be determined about your aim and hold it until success. The preliminary examination is like filtering dusted water into portable one, only the insighted aspirants are selected. The questions of preliminary examination checks candidate’s presence of mind and their understanding capability and the aspirants taking examination must know it. We should enhance ourselves to the suitable postings and answer the questions with perfection during personality test. My hearty congratulation to every aspirant to become an IAS”. The special memento was presented by the Chairman of Paavai Institutions to the special guest Mr. V. NANDAKUMAR, IRS. The function finally ended with the vote of thanks by IAS Academy student Ms. Karthiga. IAS Examinations a Right Approach - Speech by Dr.Sylendira Babu,IPS




On 07.10.2017, ADGP of Tamil Nadu Railway Police Dr. SYLANDRA BABU has addressed the competitive exam students on the title of “IAS Examinations a Right Approach” at Paavai Educational Institutions. The Function was presided over by CA.N.V.NATRAJAN, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions. Dr. SYLANDRA BABU the Chief Guest, said that the students must know the key elements of the competitive examinations. He gave a very interesting, inspiring and informative speech on how to approach the Civil Service Examinations. The salient features of his speech is given here as he spoke. “I am not going to advise you to study, but to search, continuously search, discover and find new inventions. Consequently, you could study your subjects with a sense of explore. Steadily, you have to learn about us, about our society and about various cultures of the world. You have to study the Biographies of Successful persons in the world and take them as role models for our achievements. A sense of duty is very important for Administration, so the students should be more responsible and think differently. There are two written examinations and a personal Interview to clear the Civil Service Examinations. At present the written examinations contain questions from current affairs, Geography, Economics, English literature, Historic events, etc. By reading many books, students can develop their language efficiency and leadership quality. Only our exploration, enthusiasm and focused learning will lead us to success. Choose a better goal and act towards to achieve it”.
